Specialized in natural fermentation, it is distinguished by its dedication to the quality of the product and the authenticity of the process. Here we work exclusively with organic flours and 100% artisan methods. All bakery and pastry products start from a slow fermentation base - they are made with time, technique and respect for the ingredients. Each batch is a reflection of a commitment to a conscious and transparent approach to baking, where the flavor, texture and simplicity of a good recipe is valued, made with old techniques, but with a current look.
