
Isco is a contemporary bakery, based in the Alvalade neighborhood since 2018. A product bakery that marked the beginning of the era of slow-fermented bread in Lisbon.

Specializing in natural fermentation, it stands out for its dedication to product quality and the authenticity of the process. It works exclusively with organic flours and 100% artisanal methods. All the bakery and pastry products start from a base of slow fermentation - they are made with time, technique and respect for the ingredients. Each batch reflects a commitment to a conscious and transparent approach to baking, where the flavor, texture and simplicity of a good recipe are valued, made with ancient techniques, but with a current look.
