Operations Manager
The Operations Manager will oversee the daily management of 2–3 of the group’s restaurants, ensuring consistent quality, motivated teams and an efficient operation. This role requires autonomy, strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple units with a multi-site leadership mindset. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, leading and developing teams, monitoring KPIs and financial performance, implementing processes and maintaining high service standards in close collaboration with the Director of Operations.
We are looking for someone with solid F&B operational experience (ideally multi-unit), strong leadership capability and a dynamic, results-driven approach. Excellent communication skills, a focus on guest experience and fluency in Portuguese and English are essential for success in this role.
