Head of Operations

The Head of Operations will oversee the full restaurant portfolio of the Paradigma group, ensuring excellence, consistency and profitability across all outlets. This role requires a strategic, macro-level view of the business, coordinating Operations Managers and acting as the main bridge between the central structure and daily operations. With direct influence on service quality, guest experience and overall performance, this position is key to maintaining and elevating our operational standards.

We are looking for a leader with proven experience in operations management - ideally within hospitality, restaurants or a startup environment - who brings strategic vision, strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset. The ideal candidate excels at aligning teams, improving processes and motivating multidisciplinary groups, ensuring efficiency, safety and exceptional guest experiences across every unit.
