Director of F&B
As Director of F&B, you will oversee the entire Food & Beverage operation of a new flagship project opening in central Lisbon in Q3 2026. You will be part of the leadership team, responsible for implementing operational standards and ensuring excellence across all F&B touchpoints — including restaurants, bars, events, room service and additional units. This role requires strong leadership, organisation and luxury-hospitality expertise to translate an already defined vision into flawless day-to-day execution.
We’re looking for someone with 5–7 years of progressive F&B management experience, ideally multi-outlet and within luxury environments. You should be a strong communicator, decisive, highly organised and capable of leading and developing teams while managing performance, costs and guest experience. Advanced Portuguese and English are essential, along with the ability to collaborate across departments and maintain strong relationships with partners, suppliers and guests.
