1. Introduction
- This Order Shipping Policy regulates the terms associated with the delivery of products purchased on Paradigma's online platform, is operated and processed by THISCLOSE - UNIPESSOAL LDA, NIPC517401657, with headquarters at Rua Braamcamp, nº 12, 3.º Esq., 1250-050 Lisboa(THISCLOSE).
- Paradigma acts only as an intermediary, providing the connection between the end customer and the THISCLOSE. By making a purchase on the website, the customer acknowledges and accepts that the supply and delivery contract is established exclusively between the customer and the THISCLOSE. PARADIGMA assumes no responsibility for issues related to the order, payment, delivery or return of the purchased products.
- THISCLOSEissolely responsible for the management, invoicing, shipping and customer service in relation to orders placed on the Paradigma website. This policy does not exempt you from reading the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Shipping Destinations
THISCLOSEoffersshipments to Continental Portugal and Autonomous Regions, European Union and other international destinations, upon prior consultation.
3. Costs and Delivery Times
-ShippingCosts: Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, being presented at the time of completion of the purchase.
-DeliveryDeadlines: Estimated delivery times start counting after payment confirmation.
- Mainland Portugal: 2-10 working days.
- Autonomous Regions: 5-20 working days.
- Europe: 5-30 working days.
- Other international destinations: 5-30 working days.
Note: During periods of high flow (e.g. holidays), delivery times may be subject to change.
4. Orders and Tracking
After the shipment of the order, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer with the tracking number (if applicable), allowing the tracking of the delivery status. If the customer does not receive the order within the estimated time, he should contact the customer support service.
5. Delivery Responsibility
THISCLOSEisnot responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect shipping data provided by the customer or by situations beyond the control of the company (e.g. strikes, extreme weather conditions).
